Licensed users must attain SDi level 1 & 2 certification, in the form of 'The Foundations of Spiral Dynamics' (SDi Level 1), and the more advanced skills for specialized application offered through level 2 'PeopleSCAN' and 'CultureSCAN' education and training courses.
Spiral Dynamics Integral Level 2 Certification Programme/'PeopleSCAN' - 'Practitioner'
PeopleSCAN - Practitioner is a Level 2 Certification training event which, provides real understanding, and the development of initial competencies, in the use and operation of the web-based service known as 'online PeopleSCAN'. This service is a system of evaluation and assessments profiles, that bring to light the underlying codes of human nature and development encapsulated, in the field of Spiral Dynamics Integral.
PeopleSCAN identifies the hidden value systems in individuals and organizations, as well as the associated change states. The training includes developing user familiarity with the laptop / PC-based software, and web-based data capture systems.
Most importantly the training equips the Practitioner with the capability to interpret the data and information from the profiles, and ensures the quality application of these personal profiles across a wide range of applications.
Applications considered will include: Consultancy (Whole System Change Applications); Executive Coaching; Life Coaching; Trainer Training; Mentoring; Team, Organisation, Regional and National Design and Alignment; Community Upliftment; Recruitment and Team Development.
A Pre-requisite for this event is the prior attendance at an SDi level 1 Certification Programme. Successful completion of this event qualifies the participant to offer survey services, using 'online PeopleSCAN'.
Spiral Dynamics Integral Level 2 Certification Programme 'CultureSCAN' - 'Practitioner'.
This level 2 Certification training module focuses on the application of Spiral Dynamics Integral as a practical intervention. The training includes the collection, analysis and use of Value Systems, Change State Indicators and Life Conditions Data as part of the overall design and alignment process.
Supported by sound theory, participants explore their own vMEMES, the trainer's knowledge of large scale application, and each event works with local influential leaders to bring fresh insights and inspired 'doing' to their 'big questions'. These 'big questions' presented to the group at the end of Day 1, serve as the case studies, that are led and addressed by teams of participants. The findings of the participants are then presented back to the owner of the question.
Previous events in New Zealand, the United States of America and Great Britain, have all examined and offered value-adding insights to some significant issues across all aspects of society.
